Responsibilities
- Monitor city infrastructure systems during overnight hours (water, power, transportation)
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate first responders
- Process critical permits/licenses and maintain compliance documentation
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities during off-peak hours
- Manage after-hours citizen communications and service requests
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies on overnight operations
- Prepare daily activity reports for morning leadership team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years government/public sector experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS systems
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work variable overnight schedules
