Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain secure data entry systems and government databases during night operations.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal stakeholders and government clients.
- Ensure compliance with all federal security protocols and company policies.
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Document all system issues and resolutions accurately in the required logs.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or technical support is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote office setting.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule.
