Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time surveillance systems, data feeds, and emergency response channels to identify and address anomalies immediately.
- Process incoming service requests, dispatch orders, and maintain accurate digital records for night shift operations.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and security checks during off-hours to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to hand over critical information and ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain a log of all night shift activities, incidents, and personnel movements for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the coordination of emergency response teams during overnight incidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or public services is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
