Responsibilities
- Manage emergency calls and dispatch resources during night shift operations
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and radio communication protocols
- Coordinate multi-agency responses for fire, police, and medical emergencies
- Operate CAD systems and emergency notification platforms with precision
- Provide critical information to first responders during nighttime incidents
- Conduct post-incident reporting and quality assurance reviews
- Participate in continuous training for emergency procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year public safety or emergency services experience
- NCTE/NCIC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
