Responsibilities
- Process 911 and non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and compassion
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS resources during critical incidents
- Maintain radio communication with field personnel during emergencies
- Utilize CAD/RMS systems for incident documentation and resource tracking
- Provide crisis intervention and pre-arrival medical instructions to callers
- Collaborate with multi-agency responders during large-scale incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure emergency situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass extensive background check and polygraph examination
- Must achieve APCO/NENA certification within 12 months
