Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city areas during overnight hours to prevent crime and ensure public safety
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, accidents, and security incidents
- Document incidents with detailed reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services during critical events
- Conduct security checks of public infrastructure and commercial properties
- Provide assistance to citizens and resolve conflicts with de-escalation techniques
- Participate in continuous training on safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years security, law enforcement, or emergency services experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in incident reporting systems and digital communication tools
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
