Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city areas overnight to deter crime and ensure public safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to emergency calls
- Document incidents, file detailed reports, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical situations
- Conduct safety inspections of municipal facilities during night hours
- Provide assistance to citizens and resolve minor disputes
- Maintain communication protocols with dispatch and response teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of public safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or related field
