Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned city areas during overnight hours to prevent crime and respond to emergencies
- Enforce municipal ordinances and state laws with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Document incidents through detailed reports and digital evidence management systems
- Collaborate with emergency services (fire, EMS) during crisis situations
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to automated alerts in real-time
- Conduct welfare checks and provide community support during night operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Strong communication skills with de-escalation expertise
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and surveillance technology
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Memphis residency required within 6 months of hire
