Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure designated city facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency incidents and provide critical first aid support
- Conduct routine patrols and maintain detailed activity logs
- Coordinate with emergency services during critical incidents
- Enforce city ordinances and safety protocols
- Operate specialized safety equipment and communication systems
- Submit comprehensive incident reports within required timeframes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain alert during extended overnight hours
