Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume government records during night operations to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing documentation to comply with strict federal standards.
- Utilize advanced document management systems to index, retrieve, and archive sensitive information securely.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve urgent data discrepancies and ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with government security regulations.
- Report technical issues or system errors to the IT department promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Records Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Ability to pass a government-mandated background check and security clearance process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
