As a key member of our administrative team, you will serve as the face of our organization, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow management for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior officials.
- Prepare, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with strict adherence to federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with government privacy laws and data retention policies.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including email, mail, and inter-agency requests.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings, ensuring all materials and documentation are prepared in advance.
- Assist with the preparation of budget reports, grant applications, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, external vendors, and the general public.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government administrative support roles.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
