Responsibilities
- Securely process, catalog, and maintain confidential government records during overnight hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local document retention policies
- Respond to urgent public records requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless document transition and continuity
- Implement digital archiving systems while preserving physical document integrity
- Conduct regular audits to verify record accuracy and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in records management preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in document handling or administrative support
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, FileNet)
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends and holidays as needed
