Responsibilities
- Monitor facility entrances and exits to ensure strict access control and compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
- Respond immediately and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Document daily activities, irregularities, and incidents accurately using the digital security management system.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and situational awareness during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior military or security experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert during night operations.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Basic computer literacy for logging incident reports.
