Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of federal facilities and personnel.
- Monitor security access points, verify credentials, and control entry to restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Complete accurate incident reports and log daily activities in the security management system.
- Conduct regular inspections of physical security equipment and perimeter barriers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with visitors, employees, and law enforcement.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal government clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- No prior law enforcement experience required; training will be provided.
