Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned federal facilities to detect and deter unauthorized access, vandalism, and safety hazards.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, access control panels, and intrusion detection equipment.
- Enforce strict security protocols and facility rules to ensure a safe environment for federal employees and visitors.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents with calm and decisive action.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Conduct security screenings and verify credentials for personnel entering the restricted area.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and disaster response coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security services is highly preferred.
