Responsibilities
- Monitor facility premises during night hours to ensure absolute safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the grounds and interior spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
- Control access points and verify the identification of visitors and personnel.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Complete daily incident reports and log entries with high accuracy.
- Enforce company policies and local government regulations strictly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (Guard Card) or equivalent security certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
