Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol city facilities during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate security systems including CCTV, access controls, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Conduct regular security audits and incident documentation
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities
- Enforce city policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Class C driver's license
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (Level II)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security software
- Pass background check and drug screening
