Responsibilities
- Monitor server infrastructure and network performance 24/7 during the night shift.
- Perform scheduled system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal data privacy regulations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of all system activities.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working in a government or large enterprise environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
