Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Lead youth and adult recreation programs and special events
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, accessible spaces
- Assist in facility bookings and customer service inquiries
- Collaborate with maintenance staff on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License
- Experience in park maintenance or recreation programs preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
