Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Organize and supervise community events, sports leagues, and youth programs
- Operate maintenance equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Enforce park regulations and provide excellent visitor assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility improvements
- Assist in emergency response and weather-related park closures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in facility maintenance or event coordination preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of turf management or landscaping
