Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, equipment operation, and cleanliness
- Assist with event setup, safety monitoring, and visitor engagement
- Perform routine facility inspections and minor maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and stakeholders
- Support environmental conservation initiatives and educational programs
- Collaborate with team members on daily operations and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Florida Driver's License (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
