Responsibilities
• Maintain athletic fields, playgrounds, and landscaping areas to high standards of safety and aesthetics.
• Perform basic and preventative maintenance on park equipment, vehicles, and irrigation systems.
• Clean and sanitize park restrooms, picnic shelters, and recreational facilities.
• Set up and dismantle equipment for community events, sports leagues, and festivals.
• Monitor park grounds for safety hazards, debris, and vandalism; report issues immediately.
• Assist in the planting and care of trees, flowers, and vegetation.
• Perform basic and preventative maintenance on park equipment, vehicles, and irrigation systems.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class E) with a good driving record is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in all weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, mowers, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and public safety.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
