Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate recreational programs for diverse age groups
- Conduct park inspections and ensure ADA compliance

- Prepare reports on facility usage and program effectiveness
- Enforce park regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in municipal park operations or program management
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with budget management and grant writing
- Strong knowledge of Colorado outdoor recreation regulations
- Ability to work weekends and evenings for events
