Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, trails, and green spaces using provided equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools)
- Operate recreational amenities including playgrounds, sports courts, and picnic areas
- Implement seasonal park beautification projects (landscaping, planting, irrigation)
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with special events setup, breakdown, and crowd management
- Collaborate with team members on daily park operations and improvement projects
- Support environmental conservation initiatives within park boundaries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate park maintenance equipment (training provided)
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and horticulture practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and environmental stewardship
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training available)
