Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and beach areas
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors)
- Assist with event setup and recreational programming
- Enforce park safety rules and regulations
- Perform light facility repairs and inspections
- Collaborate with volunteer groups and community partners
- Respond to public inquiries and resolve issues
- Complete daily maintenance logs and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience in groundskeeping or facility maintenance
- Basic knowledge of park safety protocols
- Customer service and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
