Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and playground equipment
- Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
- Assist with park event setup and coordination
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Experience with landscaping or park maintenance preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
