Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with public-facing services at county service centers
- Coordinate schedules and maintain departmental calendars
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support compliance with public records and Sunshine Law requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license may be required
