Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Process and maintain official records, permits, and documentation

- Support records management and document retention procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience

- Valid Arizona Driver's License (may be required)
