Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and mail for the department.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and state employees via phone and in-person.
- Process and maintain accurate records and files in compliance with state regulations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for department leadership.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict government protocols.
- Reliable transportation is required for this location.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule (typically 20-25 hours per week).
