Responsibilities

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and official reports with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and email inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital databases for accurate information retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and logistics of departmental meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior federal experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance (or willing to undergo a background investigation).
