- Process park permits, applications, and visitor registrations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for department records
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event logistics
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support inventory management for office supplies and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (may be required)
