Responsibilities
- Manage Records: Organize, file, and maintain accurate physical and digital records in compliance with state regulations.
- Customer Service: Assist government officials and the public with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Data Entry: Input and update sensitive data into secure government databases with 100% accuracy.
- Communication: Draft correspondence, memos, and reports for department heads.
- Meeting Support: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes during official proceedings.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative tasks adhere to strict confidentiality and security policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and data entry accuracy.
- Attributes: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
