Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with the highest level of professionalism.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for departmental files.
- Assist the public and staff with inquiries regarding government procedures and policies.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior management personnel.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
