Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical files.
- Coordinate scheduling for departmental meetings, interviews, and external appointments.
- Prepare, format, and distribute routine reports, memos, and official documents.
- Support the office manager with daily operational tasks and special projects.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and stakeholders visiting the Sacramento office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Must be able to work a part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week.
