Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records for county programs.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate scheduling for department heads and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors at the front desk.
- Assist in the distribution of informational materials and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
