Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks, update databases, and generate routine reports for department heads.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents, memos, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
