Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records for departmental compliance.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Support agency compliance initiatives and assist with document archiving.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and fingerprinting.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state government procedures is a plus.
