- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using federal formatting standards
- Support office operations including scheduling and document management
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
