Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and correspondence with 99% accuracy
- Manage electronic medical records and maintain confidential documentation
- Coordinate scheduling for multi-specialty clinics using VA systems
- Assist veterans and families with benefit inquiries and navigation
- Prepare reports and statistical summaries for leadership review
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on administrative process improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Experience working with veteran populations preferred
