- Process and maintain digital records for transportation permits and documentation
- Coordinate scheduling for field inspections and public outreach events
- Assist with public inquiries regarding transportation projects via phone and email
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant applications and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to pass state background check and fingerprinting
- Valid Texas driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic knowledge of Texas transportation regulations (training provided)
