- Coordinate departmental scheduling and meeting logistics
- Manage document scanning and electronic filing systems
- Respond to public inquiries via phone/email with professionalism
- Assist with data entry and report generation in state databases
- Support grant application preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if occasional travel required)
