Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for veteran benefit programs
- Process administrative forms and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries and program enrollment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on veteran outreach initiatives
- Utilize VA systems (VBA, VHA) for data entry and reporting
- Support facility operations including supply inventory and meeting coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship required
- Basic knowledge of veteran services preferred
