Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential government records with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone and digital channels
- Coordinate departmental scheduling and documentation workflows
- Assist with grant applications and compliance reporting
- Support public meetings preparation and minute-taking
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and Nebraska residency required
- Ability to pass background check
