Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with state/local agencies in Florida and Texas to align veteran service delivery
- Develop comprehensive compliance reports for OMB and congressional stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance veteran access to healthcare and benefits
- Manage federal grant allocations and ensure adherence to procurement regulations
- Present policy recommendations to senior leadership and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS, eRA Commons)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience with veterans affairs or healthcare programs
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and FAR regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise
