Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Process and verify federal applications and documentation with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize confidential federal records and filing systems.
- Assist visitors and employees with navigating federal procedures and policies.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with federal supervisors to ensure office operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
- Previous experience in a federal or government administrative role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
