Responsibilities

- Generate monthly reports on program participation and outcomes
- Provide culturally competent services to diverse populations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or case management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Jacksonville community resources preferred
