Responsibilities
- Coordinate health education workshops for underserved Baltimore neighborhoods
- Build partnerships with local organizations and faith-based institutions
- Collect and analyze community health data using City systems
- Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation
- Support vaccination outreach initiatives across city districts
- Facilitate multilingual communication (Spanish preferred)
- Participate in public health emergency response drills
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 1 year community outreach experience
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
