Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years community outreach or public service experience
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written/oral)
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend hours
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Background check clearance required
