- Assist eligible residents with enrollment in health insurance and social services
- Track outreach metrics and maintain detailed activity documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or public health initiatives
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Valid California Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data collection tools
- Pass background check and fingerprint clearance
