Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and service requests
- Assist with grant reporting and program evaluation documentation

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach, customer service, or public relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis neighborhoods and city structure
